Our boutique hotel in Ille-et-Vilaine features 33 newly renovated rooms, spread across the three distinct buildings that make up the estate. This multi-building layout creates the atmosphere of a preserved hamlet, far removed from the uniformity of chain hotels. Each room has been designed to meet modern standards: air conditioning, sophisticated lighting, multiple USB and USB-C outlets, a coffee and tea maker, and a smart TV with Chromecast and Netflix.
The Comfort Rooms, located on the ground floor and first floor of the main hotel, offer unobstructed views of the park. The five Suites on the second floor feature a living area, a bedroom, and a separate bathroom, making them ideal for an extended stay or a special occasion. The Family Rooms in the Adeloine building, with their private terraces and direct access to the park, are particularly popular with families. Our boutique hotel also offers two rooms adapted for guests with limited mobility, reflecting our commitment to accessibility.
Every morning from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., our breakfast buffet features fresh, local, and seasonal products. Bread and pastries delivered every morning by our baker, cheeses from local farms, and honey harvested from our two beehives—set up in partnership with Apirun in the heart of the estate—this first meal of the day already brings the essence of Ille-et-Vilaine to your plate.
